 So proud of Nate. He worked so hard to get in to such a great school. He then worked hard in law school. It was definitely not easy! The past 3 years hold so many treasured memories and friends. Virginia will always hold a special place in my heart. I cannot say enough good things about it and will always look back with fondness at this special time of life.

Halloween 2014

Our crazy little crab. Our last halloween in Virginia and man was it a good one. So much fun and tradition in Charlottesville.

We also went to the downtown mall with our buds and saw the dog halloween parade. It was pretty great and Elin was in heaven.

To finish off the festivities we went to a halloween murder mystery dinner. The theme was homecoming. Nate was the creepy principal and I was the class gossip. My mom shipped out one of my old high school dresses and we had a lot of fun getting dressed up. 

Visiting Williamsburg

 Our friends from DC wanted to visit Williamsburg so we decided to make a day trip out of it. We always have so much fun with them and I really miss seeing them! Our girls are the same age and were pretty cute together.

 They were at such a fun age on this trip. New little walkers and wanting to explore every where.

DC visit and Visitors

My brother, Jade and his wife, came to visit us in Virginia.  We had a great time. We stayed a couple days in Charlottesville and then headed to DC for a couple of days. I love to visit DC, there are always so many things to do.

These guys love food like us and so we had a great time taking them to some of our favorites and also trying new ones out. My must visit if you go to DC are Founding Farmers for any meal(some of the best meals of my life were eaten here) and Good Stuff Eatery. Best burger and get the toasted marshmallow shake. Heaven right there.

Outer Banks 2014

One of the traditions they have at amongst the mormon UVA law students is to rent a beach house together in the Outer Banks, NC, during fall break.  I have some of my best law school memories here.  This trip was just golden.  The weather was absolutely fantastic and we had some really fun times.  One of my favorite things we did was have a dance party, just us and our besties after the babies had gone to bed.
